The Therap for iOS app is specifically designed for individuals who already have an active Therap account and have been granted the appropriate permissions. If you are unable to log into the app or cannot access the expected functionality, we recommend reaching out to your Provider Administrator for assistance.

Users with the administrative role of Reset Password will have the ability to access the 'Password Reset' section from their dashboard. Those who have both the administrative role of Reset Password and the Super Admin role enabled will be able to change passwords for users within their agencies.

In order to access the T-Log module, it is necessary for a Provider Administrator who has enabled Mobile T-Log in their Admin Settings to also enable the 'T-Log' role.

After the Mobile ISP Data module has been enabled, users with the ISP Data role will have access to it.

Users with the role of 'MAR Data Update' will be able to edit Scheduled, PRN, and Other medications from their mobile devices.

If Mobile Scheduling is enabled for the provider, users can access the Scheduling/EVV module section from their dashboard.

The Therap iOS application provides HIPAA compliant tools for individuals with Developmental Disabilities and Long-term services and supports (LTSS) to document shift notes/progress notes, collect service data in various settings, and remotely reset passwords. Currently, the iOS app offers modules for T-Log, ISP Data, MAR, and Scheduling/EVV. Additionally, agency administrators have access to a password reset feature.

With the Therap iOS app, users can:

<li>Submit shift notes or progress notes directly from their handheld devices</li>
<li>Capture date and time stamped photos of activities and supports</li>
<li>Ensure proof of service delivery with GPS tracking and electronic signatures</li>
<li>Quickly reset passwords for staff members</li>
<li>View schedules for a specific date on the Agenda List page</li>
<li>Check in, check out, and add comments after service delivery</li>
</ul>
